It also made less sense to post a Season Meta right above the Weekly Meta, since it included everything from the Weekly Meta, except in lower resolution.

MetaGame META 👀
Season 3 is drawing to a close! So MOAR is happening to make MetaGame level up. As it feels like Mummy and Daddy Octo will be coming over for a new season inspection! 😲 As a result loads of house cleaning and tidying are occurring as well as getting those damned repair jobs completed. 😅 🧹🔨
🍻 Innkeepers
Innkeepers are working on making a new shiny welcome mat for outside the front door by revamping a new version of -signpost msg for the Discord landing page (be complete soon), so new visitors feel welcome and know where essential stuff is. Meanwhile, the hunt is still on for an appropriate Sherpa Bot to act as a Butler, hopefully a model can be employed soon, Vyvy-vi is working on this again now.
Misanth has been removing cobwebs and re-modelling the Notion Cupboards, when his hands have not been full with the Cohorts of newborn Octos. 😅
tommy is generally organising efforts and calls and being tentacles-on multi-tasking.. Meanwhile, in the FAM Sarcophagus at the end of the garden, scratching and moaning sounds of undead ancestors, the Necromancers, can begin to be heard, signalling another round of purging in the near future. ☠ So get busy folks!
Sunday Funday was an artistic journey to the palatial virtual home of Defiant Pixel Society. penguin hosted a piggy wearables NFT giveaway 🐖, while people explored, danced, even built a bit of the stage, while chatting via discord. It was a fun, informative, visual treat and a big, beautiful event space too. Check it out! 🐇
This space combined with the MetaGame Cryptovoxel spaces hosted by tenfinney is truly making a virtual village happen. 🏡🏘
Community Gathering
This week MetaGame town hall hosted Felipe Duarte of The DAOist and Roberto Valenti of the Liminal Village (where peth, eowulia, Rankko & geleeroyale are currently staying).
Felipe shared what is meant by a DAOist as an inter DAO person who is working in the space between DAOs. He shared their current project as Kolektivo to set up a Commons Embassy in Lisbon and their overall mission. Why not find out more about Kolektivo Labs and the DAOist. ☯
Roberto explained the meaning and ethos of the Liminal Village as a Commons owned space for hosting Hackalongs and a general facilitatiio hub for all DAO, crypto projects and hands on and permaculture skills, all for the greater good of the future.. These Guilds are both working hard together to ship more tangible implementations for Season 4. 🚀
Megamenu continues with Dave creating some more issues on GitHub and helping DeBilder with implementation there. Dave has begun work on a mobile version of Role Select in collaboration with Alec, work continues on the UI. More talks have been productive in specifying direction for the Edit Profile functions and are guiding UI development for that too.
Builders are generally busy getting ready to merge the develop branch of GitHub, with all its work to Master and syncing role selection with Discord. The Onboarding Wizard is getting overhauled and final stages of Guild Onboarding are being completed, among other things... 🤖

Alec has been on it with defileZebra testing and refining the guild onboarding process.

dysbulic has been working on the MetaGame cred explorer in Observable, tidying up, combining tables and fixing XP leaks. ⚖
📚 Playbooks + 🖋Writers Guild
Gnomeski has been keeping touch with current PlayBook writers while chair is at MCON and has written a clearer general workflow process for selecting and submitting pieces going forwards.. Text contributors please read this Why-and-How-of-Writers-Guild, to keep us all on the same page. 👁🗨
Is anyone out there up for taking on writing a Writing PlayBooks PlayBook… a MetaPlayBook as it were? This would be handy to pin down more exact definitions and expectations. 🙏🏼
There are still a load of Playbooks that need writing asap folks, and more that still need to be thought up. ✒

NFT creation for MCON has been a big, last minute drive and has lead to creation of some great stuff by biuxmaster, b0gie and mxjxn being included in the collection here. 🤩 This event has highlighted the importance of having a clear flow for NFT creation. Chievmint? Polygon?

Dynamic Duo Fearless Thompson and Anna Kaic are really turning up the heat with the Shilling mission. With Fearless building out multiple assets for the arsenal and Anna tweeting about all sorts. Things have definitely livened up and become more structured. Meanwhile Rankko has been expanding the Twitter list. How can more people not now be attracted to the ongoing party that is MetaGame and hearing our message? 🤷🏼♀️ Keep up the efforts there folks. 📢
