DAOcember was a great success!
Our goals:
✅ Aggregate: Bring the biggest DAO brains together
✅ Reiterate: Discuss the past, present challenges & future of effective DAOing
✅ Onboard: Help newcomers understand DAOs & DAOing
✅ Accelerate: Help new DAOs get off the ground
🔳 Produce: A course fully covering the journey of creating & nurturing DAOs
Stats so far
Telegram group & twitter following organically from 0 to 300+ in 2 weeks
69 DAO veterans from across the DAO space presented
80+ DAOs & related organizations represented
100+ DAO summoners & operators signed up
Opening day attended by 400+ people
25 hours of great content captured
20+ DAO-building topics covered
$2500 raised from the community
300+h invested in production
As you can see, only one goal remains - to produce the playbooks.
We are in the process of securing more grants for this, but already got a decent treasury in our newly born DAOcemberists DAO.

🔥 Sero is stepping up and taking over as Tech Champion for Season 13. We’ve had a preview of the plans for Season 13, and the MG website is going to get hot, so hot.
ComposeDB grant work ✔
With the latest work on the Guild Membership finished, the ComposeDB grant work is completed! This was a big project, and a lot of the Builder crew had a hand in it, especially Alec and Sero. For all the fine details, check our proposal and updates on the Ceramic forums, and keep an eye out here for Alec’s full write up, coming soon!

The user avatars and Seed price data on the site now display properly, thanks to Alec and Udit Takkar
The website links to the Discord server all work properly after HHH fixed a bug that was spotted by Christina (BorrowLucid)
The GitHub issues received a tidy-up from Udit Takkar, joseacabrerav, and peth
Work began on improvements to the design of the player profile cards, the Seeds section, and the Paths pages in the Academy, with Dave, vid, and peth leading the way
A bunch of small yet annoying website issues were cleaned up by Sero
