Although their next event, Global Governance Gathering during Devconnect in Amsterdam will be their biggest yet highly experimental event to accelerate DAO creativity - The DAOist plans on going way beyond organizing conferences.

Felipe is one of the DA-OGs that was involved in projects like DAOstack, DAOFest, Metafactory, and PrimeDAO. Then he gathered around himself a team of artists to form The DAOist. The DAOist is a story about people who want to think differently about events and organize more intentional gatherings.
Recently they created the MetaHub in Lisbon as a “plug-and-play creative retreat for the DAO space.” This hub for decentralized creativity attracts projects and groups to come together and focus on creative problems, as well as complex technological or political discussions. The MetaHub plans on providing every tool needed to catalyze thoughts and actions and, at the same time, feels like home.
Felipe promotes focusing on things that are immediately doable to us and set actionable steps, keeping us grounded, feeling achieved & on an upward spiral while always keeping in mind that thoughts are actions and can affect the outside world as well as ourselves.
"I don't think governance is like code, that you can just fork the system, and it works. I think governance depends on contextual navigation and hyper-aware practitioners."
