The Product Design Raid was fuckin’ epic! Besides having a blast, we managed to hack through all of our project ideas, filter them down & prioritize.
The new main raids include The Journal, championed by Polina & the Seed Market; championed by Paco. Journal will help people keep a log of past quests & states of being, and the Seed Market will allow them to sell their products & services, or seek something for themselves.
Paco then successfully implemented the first version of Seed2Fiat, a crucial part of the Seed Market; allowing people to sell Seeds directly to their bank account through a uniswap-like interface (the catch: works only in Europe).
Geleeroyale reactivated & decided to join the MetaRadio team to help take it to the next level by providing his expertise in media management & setting up the website as well as the media standards and the roadmap.
The Lone Ronin finished writing the back-end guide to MyMeta & was able to focus back on building MetaMaps.
Vanilla added the “!?define <term>” command to the bot, helping new people quickly learn what these weird words of ours mean.
Penguin received the shipment of the sample MetaGame goodies - hoodies!
Luxumbra brought in a bunch of non-crypto people to learn about Web3, one of them, Gnomeski, started writing the Lore of MetaGame 😶
A bunch more people joined the game. Among them; Heterotic, who decided to champion the navigation bar & the app drawer.
We did another MyMeta Live Raid, it was awesome and lasted 3+ hours with a lot of amazing conversations - but we realized its not actually productive in terms of technological progress. We’re calling it Mid-Week Storming & AMA now.
Disregarding a small hiccup on delivery time, Seeds are finally on their way.
There is now this MetaSys Platform MegaIssue, if you’re curious in taking some of the load off and hacking on the platform.
For an easier overview, The Navigation Board was updated with all the new raids with more details & people added.
You can still donate us a bit of funding through here. If at all possible, we would prefer if you donated in PAN because we’ll get a multiple times higher aditional matching from Panvala.
A support ring started forming around the Champions Ring (prev. Inner Circle).

Season 1 Launch
So far we’ve mainly been focused on building the initial community & establishing the basic economic system - well, its working! Running for a few months now, we’re almost confident in calling it 1.0 🙃
Come December 21st, we’ll be transitioning from a closed beta to an invite-only 1.0. Starting with Winter 2021, MetaGame will be played in seasons, with each season having its own raids, leaderboards & awards.
The goal of Season 1:
Build the first version of the platform.

If you haven’t been paying attention, you might have missed them!
The 300 of MetaGame will make MetaGame real. Some will have contributed their effort and some will have contributed their ether, but all will have contributed greatly.
The 300 are made up of Players & Patrons; those who are building the game, and those who want it to become real, but would rather contribute money than time. If you are unsure of what role you should take - choose to be a Patron, because Players reached the cap almost 2 months ago 🙃
There are plenty of reasons one might want to become one of the founders of MetaGame; from the promise of building a better world, to the status of one of its founders & the potential of a monetary payoff.
On December 21st, you will have exactly 365 days to qualify as a co-founder of MetaGame. 👀

🧠 Learn or Teach - We need more knowledge to spread! Go to the #🧠-brain-exchange channel and post “I want to learn X” or “I can teach someone Y”.
💦 Water the crops - The Seed price has calmed down and its time to start adding back more liquidity to the Seed market.
💰 Don Funs - Go to our Gitcoin grant and toss a coin. Don’t expect XP in return for this quest though, you know the policy, no tit for tat on Gitcoin Grants!
🏥 Help Others - Go help someone! May be a fellow metagamer or it maybe a a fellow stranger - any philantropic or ecological cause out there.

🛠️ Builder - Can never have enough builders, mainly looking for those familiar with working with React & Hasura, writing TypeScript & GraphQL.
👮 Border Control - Help filter the signups & onboard people into MetaGame.
🤗 Friendly Face - Keep an eye out on the #🍻-tavern & welcome new members.
🎊 Meetup Master - Make sure there’s something going on for each Community Gathering. Could be an AMA with someone, a topic of discussion, a game or whatever sort of activity. Just has to be something besides the “welcome new members”.
☸️ The Navigator - Help the newcomers find their place in MetaGame.
☠️ Executioner - Help curate the membership by sending instructions to inactive members & making them Player-no-mo’ if they're not responsive.
